Project Overview

Over the last several years, GPI Construction has become a preferred contractor at Landmark College for renovating dormitories, classrooms, offices, and multi-function program spaces.  2015 projects totaling $732,000 included the Black Box Theater renovation which entailed all new finishes and a new air handler, building three quiet study rooms in the Library, Administration Building Auditorium renovations including new paint, carpet, seating and adding two seminar table platforms, and Davis Hall dormitory including new finishes, a new bathroom, and thermal energy improvements.  2016 projects totaling $170,000 include thermal energy improvements and bathroom renovations at Frost Hall, program changes to Alumni Hall, and art studio and computer lab renovations in the Fine Arts Building.
