Project overview

GPI was hired as Construction Manager to fit up a 2000 square foot empty shell space at the Black Mountain Square building in Brattleboro. Novel features include a customer lounge, tech bar with computer workstations, radius soffits finished with cherry, cherry millwork, and concrete countertops.
